Litigated Cases: Matters already before the court - $4,500.00 for a full day (up to eight hours) - $2,500.00 for a half day (up to four hours)

Non-litigated Matters: Inter-personal non-complex (two parties, not reduced to a lawsuit) $4,000.00 full day - $2,250.00 half day; Complex (involving more than two parties, no lawsuit filed) $4,500.00 full day - $2,500.00 half day

Fees are to be shared equally by the parties/sides. Should the parties desire to continue the mediation beyond the anticipated, scheduled time period (4 or 8 hours) my additional time hourly fee is $275.00/hour.

Notice of Cancellation or request for re-scheduling may be conveyed at least 3 days prior to the mediation date without charge. Cancellation or re-scheduling less than 72 hours prior to the mediation session will incur a $200.00 fee.

Fee payment is requested to be provided at the conclusion of the mediation session. I will convey an Invoice to each participant. Please make checks payable to ANNA J. NIEMANN

Planning And Preparation

I will initiate pre-mediation calls to all participants and counsel. Mediation statements are requested at least three days in advance of the mediation session, directed to Anna@NiemannMediation.com. If you would like me to consider additional materials, I request those to be provided at least two days in advance of our session to permit me sufficient time for review.

For remote mediations, I will send a Zoom invitation to all participants at least 48 hours in advance. Please convey best email addresses for all prospective attendees to me no later than two days prior to the scheduled mediation.
